A native of Santa Monica and a mother of three, Carroll has been an active participant in the Santa Monica community for many years.  A longtime member of the Santa Monica-UCLA Auxiliary, she is also a strong supporter of several organizations in her community. Carroll is a past Director of the Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center Advisory Board.
